Ingredients are as follows: Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Kokum Butter, Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Sweet Orange Essential Oil, Fragrance Oil, Vitamin E

Directions are as follows: Apply this smooth butter base Body Butter to dry areas of your body. Best applied after showering.
