General Information:

How long does it take after payment to receive your sample kit?
Our processing times after payment is 7 days.
How long does it take to receive a bulk order?
Our processing times after payment is 1-2 weeks and in some cases 3 weeks max.
Can I use my own bottles for my orders?
Yes, you can use your own bottles for your line with us.
You will have to ship your bottles to us, and we will process the bottles here and prepare them to be filled with the product of your choice. Please call us and speak to a sales representative to handle this for you.
What are your order minimums?
Our facility can accommodate orders as small as, 20 units per product. We do not have any restrictions on maximum order sizes however; lead times may vary depending on quantity.

How much does Private Label cost?

There are no preset dollar minimums. The cost depends on the product, packaging, quantity, and size that you choose for your brand. Please contact info@noyamilabs.net and our sales representatives will forward over our pricing catalogue.

 

Can you rush an order?

Rush orders depend on time, product and packaging availability. There is a $200.00 rush fee for this service.

Can you cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order can not be canceled. 

 

Formulations

Are your products natural?

Most of our products are natural or have naturally derived ingredients however, please check our full ingredients list to see if the product you are interested in meet your qualifications because not all products are natural.

 

Are your products tested on animals?

No, Noyami Labs is proud to be cruelty-free.

Can you add or remove an ingredient from your stock products?

While we cannot remove an ingredient from stock products we may be able to add an ingredient post production. Please contact info@noyamilabs.net and one of our sales representative can assist you.

Samples

How can I order samples?
Please check out our samples page here on our site with instructions on how to order. 
Do you offer custom formulations?
Not at this moment but that is something we will be offering later in 2024.
Can I add Scents to my order?
Yes, you can purchase a fragrance pack from our site where you can sample the scents that we offer and customized your products with the fragrance of your choice.
Do you design labels?
No, we do not design labels. However we have partners that we work with to design your labels and print. Please view their information via the site.
Do You Print labels?
No, we do not print labels. However our partners handle all printing services, please view their information via the site.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes, the MOQ for each product is 20 units.
Who are your private label clients?
We can not reveal any clients names as they are private and confidential. However we do have clients who information we share via our IG page for promotional purposes.
What are your response times to emails or social media messages?
We ask that you give us 24-48 hours to respond to your messages.
Can I visit your manufacturing facility?
As  many of our clients are private label clients therefore their privacy is confidential and we require an appointment to visit our office. We do not offer tours at this time of our facility however you may visit our office for in person consultations by appointments only.
